Pavlik O. Peculiarities of Motivational Sphere of Juvenile Criminals

Theoretical analysis of juvenile criminality problem at the modern stage of society's development was conducted in this thesis; psychological mechanisms of its formation and overcoming were studied. It was grounded that studying of motivational sphere of juvenile's personality was actual task and necessary stage in the formation of such a personality. Substantial and dynamic peculiarities of motivational sphere of juvenile criminals with different directivity of a crime committed by them were revealed according to their age and conditions of their maintenance in special institutions and existence of criminal experience. Peculiarities of motivational sphere of juvenile criminals with different level of reeducation in special institutions were determined. On the ground of received data the necessity of using derivative approaches, while working out the program of psychological and pedagogical influence was proved aiming to conduct primary and second prophylactics of criminality among different categoriesof juvenile.
