Balycheva L. Creation, orqanization and activity of system of fire safety in Ukraine (XIX beginnings of XX centuries)

Object - creation and development of system of fire safety in Ukraine in ХІХ - the beginning of XX century, origin of fire protection and its practical activities in struggle against fires, a role of local self-management in the decision of fire-prevention questions. The purpose - studying of the basic tendencies and regional features of becoming and evolution of fire safety in Ukraine. Methods - principles of scientific character, a historicism, application of general scientific, interdisciplinary and historical methods of research. The organization and activity of system of fire safety in Ukraine is opened in the dissertation. A history of occurrence of a fire science, practical activities of the state and voluntary divisions of fire protection, a role of the state, local authorities and local self-management in questions of the organization and maintenance of system of fire safety in the Ukrainian lands in ХІХ - the beginning of XX century is investigated. The history of development of system joint-stock and a mutual insurance from fires is generalized.
