Object: the social formation of senior pupil youth; the aim: to prove theoretically and experimentally the content, forms and methods of the process of senior school-boys’ preparation to perform the social functions of husband and father; methods: literature analysis, synthesis, systematization, observation, questionnaires completing, conversations, pedagogical experiment; novelty: the specificity of future husband and father preparation, the model of favorable micro-environment, the matter, the forms and the methods of senior school-boys’ preparation to perform the social functions of husband and father have been determined for the first time; results: the program of the special course “The Future Husband and Father”, the didactic materials concerning its realization have been introduced into practice; sphere – social pedagogy.
