The dissertation deals with the investigation of labour relations in agriculture of Ukraine in the period of nep (1921-1928).In the given investigation there is an attempt of complex research of circumstances of formation and development of labour relations, quantity and structure of farm labouring in agriculture, conditions of labour and farm labourers way of life, their interrelations with their employers on the basis of thorough analysis of numeral archive materials.The conclusion concerning existing level of labour relations in the countryside in the period of nep taking into consideration those years condition of branch development and situation on labour market is made in the given dissertation.
