Essay

The author determined the contemporary world tendencies of a military production. The influence of defensive expenses on military-economic safety maintenance was analyzed. Besides, some principles of Ukrainian Armed Forces defensive needs estimation were formulated. Methods of calculation the Ukrainian Armed Forces needs due to directions of financing in the process of military reformation and social-economic costs determination of restricted conflicts were improved. The main trends of development of the Ukrainian military-industrial complex are suggested.
