The object of research - value of concrete - historical types of a society. The aim of research - to open and to prove axiological of a basis of the realized strong-willed self-development of the person in different types of societies. The methods of research: system, axiological, concrete-historical. The basic results. The nature of the realized self-development of the person allowing is proved axiological to differentiate progressive (social-creative) strategy and models of job above itself and distraction, that oriental on destruction of the existing public relation, and also self-destructive tendencies of internal activity. The contents of concept self-development of the person in unity of the not realized and realized forms is concretized. Is proved, that emotional - sensual reactions, axiological of orientation, ideals, the social - psychological installations of the individual make axiological the block of the mechanism of the realized self-development of the personons of the identity crisis overcoming in actual Ukrainian society.
