Dudko O. Coursa of life, public-political and research-educational activity of Olexandr Gnatovych Lototsky (1870–1939)

In thesis were investigated the principle stages of O.Lototsky’s course of life, his public-political and research-educational activity on the basis of study of archive sources and documents that are stored in archives of Ukraine and Poland, memoirs, letters, publication, as well as extensive literary inheritance of O.Lototsky. The candidate for a degree analyzed his Weltanschauung’s origin and development, explored many-sided public-political activity at pre-revolution period and at the period of UNR 1917-1920 directed on protection of Ukrainian Orthodox Church Autocephalous. For the first time in this thesis are given data about participation of O.Lototsky in Ukrainian Diaspora life in the 20-30’ and active energetic research-educational activity in educational and scientific institutions.
