In the dissertation evolution of sights at advertising and the market of advertising services is investigated. Criteria of structural classification and function of advertising are allocated. The certain subjects and object of attitudes in the market of advertising services. The mechanism of interaction of subjects of the market of advertising services is generalized and systematized on the basis of infrastructural elements of the given market. The mechanism of formation of cost and consumer cost on specific goods-service in the given market is determined. Features of pricing in the market of advertising services are considered and generalized. Features of regulation of economic attitudes in the given market are determined. Specific conditions of formation and evolution of the market of advertising services in Ukraine and are allocated, on the basis of the statistical data, efficiency of his functioning is analysed. In work features of the Ukrainian advertising market are investigated. On the basis ofstudying institutional features of functioning of the advertising market in Ukraine recommendations concerning improvement of the given segment of economy of Ukraine are given. World tendencies of development of the market of advertising services and their influence on the national market are determined.
