In research the analysis of social - psychological and legal factors which influence formation and display victimology at victims of rape is carried out. It is established, that conditions of education of minors from 14 till 18 years, their mutual relations with parents and classmates are those factors which influence their level of victimisation. It is established, that children who live in families with low culture, a level of a material prosperity and education of parents have the underestimated self-estimation and thus a high level of victimisation. Results of research speak about individual - psychological conditions and factors of victimization. Valuable orientations, communicative, motivational, emotional - strong-willed sphere and the I-concept concern to them. If the level of victimization is much higher, the given psychological factors more differ from control parameters. In the dissertation it is proved, that it is necessary to investigate a level of victimisation of girls who have not suffered from sexual violence and have no negative changes in mentality. It is established, that rape of minors is the reason of occurrence of posttraumatic stressful frustration which are shown even in one year after a crime. Ways and methods of struggle against violence are offered; modern technologies on social - psychological and legal preventive maintenance of minors’ victimisation are resulted.
