Essay

On the basis of analysis of the published documents and statistical materials in dissertation the process of development of forms and means of use of artillery in wars in Afghanistan (1979-1989) and Chechnya (1994-1996, 1999-2000) is researched, as wall as exposure of its tendencies and conformities to the law. Main attention is spared to the guestions of development artillery application means depending on the changes in tactical actions of common military formations and their units in combats.
