Gryshchuk M. The morphology of the small intestine under the influence of the 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid (2,4-D) and cadmium (experimental research)

The dissertation is devoted to determination of regularity of morphological changes in the wall of the small intestine in conditions of influence by pesticide 2,4-D and Cadmium upon it and the direction of regeneratic processes after the stopping of their effect on the base of complex investigation of tissues of the intestine wall with using of light optical, electronmicroscopic and morphometrical methods of investigation. Іt was shown that stoutness mucous membrane and its components, morphofunctional conditions of absorptive and goblet cells change, according to a term of injection of toxical substances and reparation period. Distrophical manifestations are typical almost in all structures of intestine wall in the case of depression mitotic activity. Reparative processes with direction towards normalization are better expresses in the case when the pesticide 2,4-D is injected and worse in the case with the injection of mixture of these xsenobiotics. But complete normalization in structure of the intestine wall doesn’t take place.
