The frequency of birth defects of the skin blood vessels among newborn babies is 5,1 per 1000 that counts 22,18% of overall cases of birth defects. The risk factors was estimated. The share of sporadic isolated cases of vascular pathologies is 84,7%. 15,27% cases of defects of skin blood vessels are components of inheritable syndrome.
