It is determined the dynamic of the genetic load of separate populations by positive and negative indicators of the peoples health of various districts in Ivano- Frankivsk region, by genome functional status, micronuclear test, chromosomе aberrations and association of acrotcentricul chromosomes in the somatic cells in children. It is identified molecular-genetic effects in lines of transgenetic herbs Arabidopsis thaliana and Allium cepa, caused by 60Со, depending on the radiation dose of seeds.
