Kapchenko R. Regional higher education system development under conditions of different types of property (social-economic aspect)

Object - the processes of development of regional higher education system of Ukraine; objective - development of methodological and practical actions on the basis of conducted researches there main problems of misbalance between supply structure of the higher institutions graduates and demand on the regional labor market; methods - abstracter-logical,economic and statistical, economic and mathematical, Delphi, balances, scenario modeling; novelty - the definition of "educational services competitiveness is elaborated, the regional mechanism of the higher institutions graduates' structure regulation is developed; results - the necessity of introducing of the total quality management model in higher institutions is grounded, the major directions of higher education development are proposed.
