Object - process of formation of land relations at a regional level in agriculture on an example of the Kiev regions; subject - set of theory-methodological bases and methodical positions of formation of land relations in system of a natural management in market conditions, their ecology-economic and social efficacy; methods - monographic, historical, abstract-logic, statistical, economic analysis, base-constructive, groupings, indexes, relative magnitudes, dynamic series, averages, induction and deduction; novelty-theoretical bases of formation on a system basis of lands relations are advanced; the estimation of legal provision of formation of lands relations and influences of land organization on their state is carried out; for the first time methodical approaches to mining models of land relations in agroformations with different forms of managing on land are processed; For the first time the system of parameters of performance evaluation of change of land attitudes is developed; the procedure of anestimation of indemnification of losses is developed at a swap of the parcels in the agricultural enterprises
