Malyshev O. Evolution of handicraft industry in Kharkov province in the second half XIX - beginning of XX century

The object of study - handicraft industry and system of vocational education, which together made uniform complex of small-scale commodity production and were inseparable component of a cultural-economic complex of Kharkiv province in the second half ХІХ - beginning of ХХ century. The purpose of study is all-round and complex study of regional features of development of handicraft industry and systems of vocational education in Kharkiv province in the second half ХІХ - beginning of ХХ century as interconnected elements of market small-scale commodity production. The methods used in the research are: historical-genetic, historical-comparative, historical-typological, historical-cultural, biographic. The practical value of the dissertation consists in use of the received results by preparation of general courses on a history of Ukraine, special courses on a history of economy and professional education, including small-scale commodity production and vocational education, and also at a spelling of the monographs and articles on these problems. Dissertation devoted to complex studying of small-lot production history and system of vocational education in Kharkiv province in the second half XIX - beginning of XX century. In the manuscript development of handicraft industry in the Kharkiv region has been analyzed in detail, comprehensive support by government has been characterized and the complex of regional feature its evolution has been recognized. The feature of vocational education development in Kharkiv province and working specificity of power structure in this sphere has been characterized by the author. Development system of vocational education in Kharkiv province, the results and affectivity of its work at that time have been placed in manuscript.
