Essay

Ph.D. thesis is devoted to development of technical state monitoring system of a gas turbine engine in operation by high-temperature corrosion damages of turbine blades. The program and technique corrosion tests of turbine blades of a gas turbine engines and heat resisting material patterns in conditions of a controllable working environment are developed. Characteristics of corrosion stability of heat resisting alloys U-500, IN738, IN939 and ЖС6К are received. The technique of linear summing of corrosion damages of turbine blades is offered and proved. Mathematical models of blade turbines of a gas turbine engine damages by criteria of corrosion weight loss, depth and speeds of corrosion damage are developed. The monitoring system of a gas turbine engines in operational conditions is proposed.
