Thesis is devoted to a comparative analysis of social worker preparation systems in higher education institutions of Ukraine and Poland. Some issues of systems' emergence, organization, and their functioning at different levels have been considered. As a result, major socio-cultural, organizational, and pedagogical conditions of the social worker scientific schools emergence, establishment and functioning were defined. A comparative analysis of the contemporary social worker multileveled training systems and their structures in Poland and Ukraine is completed, while a particular interest is devoted to their pre-professional stage.
