The object is a bow and stern flexible skirt (FS) as a part of in composition of hover- craft elevation system; the purpose is a creation and the analysis of mathematical mo- dels bow and stern FS of hovercrafts as theoretical basis for designing FS in compositi- on of an elevating complex of hovercrafts, creation of a technique, algorithm of desig- ning and calculations FS in composition of an elevating complex of skeg hovercrafts; the methods are theory of soft shells; a finite-element method - at research of tight-strai- ned state (TSS) of FS and their elements in view of stress concentrations; the theory and methods of calculation of flexible connections; the novelty-for the first time the technique, algorithm of designing and calculation bow and stern FS in composition of elevating complex of skeg hovercrafts are designed and implemented in view of interfe- rence of all elements of system; the results is mathematical models of definition of the form and the TSS bow and stern FS of various constructions, their elements are designed and developed. The technique, algorithm of designing and calculation of FS in compositi- on of elevating complex of skeg hovercrafts are designed; all this thesis has been deve- loped by shipbuilding industry, in Research work, in educational processes of high schools; branch is a shipbuilding
