Gluhova E. Forming of innovation strategy of mining water utilization

The conditions of creation of mining water faults in water receptacles of rivers and seas were considered. The classification of the water receptacles according to their levels, sources and qualities of water faults was suggested. The mechanism of payment collections to cover water resources contamination in foreign countries and in Ukraine was considered. The tendencies of mining water utilization in Donbass were found out. The economic loss incurred in the result of imperfect system of water consumption in the mining industry was estimated. The methods of determining the tax on land for purification installations and on the content of harmful substances in mining water were proposed. Ecological and economic efficiency of existing and perspective purification technology, demineralization of mining water considering different trends of its utilization were systemized and assessed. The strategic trends of constant development of water objects under the conditions of the proposed innovative approach to use perfection in the sphere of water consumption management, taxation, use of methods in water fault demineralization, legislation base.
