Object - the managerial processes by sea wildlife management. The aim - development of the theoretical, methodical and organizational maintenance of the integrated management of the sea resources management in conditions of an aggravation of economic - ecological conflicts in the Black Sea - Azov region. Methods - the general theory of development, expert estimations, the economic - ecological analysis. Novelty - estimated parameters of levels of economic - ecological conflicts (incidents) of economic activities in the Black Sea - Azov region with using of the device of the general parametrical theory of systems are developed for the first time .
