Essay

Object - is providing of ecological safety of transit of loads by territory of Ukraine. A purpose - is generalization and complex development of theoretical-methodological bases and methodical decisions of construction and introduction of the modern system of organizationally-economic instruments of providing of ecological safety of transit of loads by territory of Ukraine. Methods - analysis and synthesis, system-structural analysis, economical-statistical, system. Novelty - description of ecological risks and methods of risk-management of ecological dangers of transit of loads is first systematized. Result - a concept vehicle is formulated, developed and scientifically groundedapproaches, organizational and methodical decisions in relation to the organizationally-economic instruments of providing of ecological safety of transit of loads and transports vehicles by territory of Ukraine. Inculcated - in practical activity Mins guards of natural environment of Ukraine, State ecological inspection of Ukraine, in the educational process of ОGEU, Industry. Branch - is the management, education.
