Essay

Object: processes of forming and adjusting of labour-market sphere of financial services of Ukraine. Aim: development of theoretical-conceptual bases of research of forming and adjusting of labour-market sphere of financial services in Ukraine in the context of transformation economic processes. Methods: statistical, sociological and comparative-economic analysis, micro- and macroeconomic analysis. Results: classification of factors affecting a labour-market sphere of financial services of Ukraine is offered, the method of estimation of competitiveness of labour force at the market of labour of sphere of financial services is improved. Use: at development of project of Prognosis of economic and social development of Ukraine on 2005-2009, in educational process.
