Essay

The object of researchis – the formation mechanisms of calves’ natural resistance and reactivity according to the action by hipo- and hypertermical conditions of the exterior environment and genetic factors. The purposes of researchare – to determine the peculiarity of the calves’ natural resistance organism for Ukrainian black and red dairy breed according to environment and genetic factors in Western partially-wooded steppe in Ukraine. The methods of research and equipment – physiological, biochemical, immunological, immunogenetic, clinical; photoelectronic calorimeter, the apparatus for electrophoresis on the celluloses acetates films, refractometr, centrifuge, refrigerator, microscope, thermostat, mycrosyringe, Goryaev apparatus. The theoretical and practical results of research, scientific novelty – it was the first time when the peculiarities of the calves’ natural resistance organism for Ukrainian black and red dairy breed were investigated. The calves live in the individual barns in winter and summer period on the Western partially-wooded steppe in Ukraine. The poliformism antigens of the First BoLA-system form of the calves Ukrainian black and red dairy breed was investigated and the research of the associational links between their leukocyte antigens and the level of the factors of the natural resistance of organism was done. It was opened that low and high air temperature is the strong stress-factor, which reduce the calves’ resistance levels for the Ukrainian black and red dairy breed when they are depended in the individual barns, when they are compared with their same aged calves, which are depended in regular conditions. It is settled that some leukocyte antigens of histocompatible of the First BoLA-system form for cattle for Ukrainian black and red dairy breed have associative links with containion of common protein, immunoglobulin of the form M and lysozity in the blood serum. Introduced – the results of investigation about formation peculiarities of the natural resistance calves’ organisms in different conditions of dependation must be used in the process of choosing of the methods for breeding dairy Ukrainian black and red dairy breed. It is clear that the calves’ needn’t individual barns in the period of air raising air raising or falling and to breed them in the usual conditions. Such recommendations are used at the cattle farm of Kamenets-Podilskyy district of Khmelnitsky region. The field of applications veterinary medicine; physiology of animals. The scheme, which was done, for determining associative links between natural resistance factors and antigens form First BoLA-system are recommended for usage in the research immunogenetic aspects animals’ resistance. Theoretical and practical results of the research work will be involved in the educational curricula of physiology, biochemistry and animals immunology in the high school. The results may be used by agricultural farms by different forms of ownership, which work in the field of Ukrainian black and red dairy breed.
