Kostyuk O. Morphophunctional peculiarities of the pancreatic gland and kidneys during edematic form of acute pancreatitis (experimental examination)

This dissertation is dedicated to the experimental examination of morphophunctional changes of pancreatic gland (PG) and kidneys during simulation of edematic form of relapsing acute pancreatitis (AP) and during edematic form of AP in conditions of a single kidney. Examinations were made on 62 pubertal dogs. It was ascertained that expantion of interlobule layer by connective tissue is an after action of relapsing of edematic form of acute pancreatitis, after the second and the third pancreosclerosis is on the way of progress. Structural changes in PG in conditions of a single kidney during conservative therapy of the edematic form of AP in 3 months are characterized by appearance for this time the focuses of sclero-sis in the strome of the gland which are not wide spread. After nephrectomy a growth of homocysteine index in blood plasm was ascertained, which strengthened for certain after forming layers of edematic form of AP.
