Essay

The dissertation is devoted to an actual problem of opiate abuse treatment. It was observed188 patients suffered from opiate abuse. 84 of them have passed a full rate of the new conditioned-reflex therapy method based on the development of negative conditioned-reflex reaction to narcotic intoxication by expressed anxiogenic effect after dityline introduction using. Thus a series of combinations " euphoria + the dityline effect " allows to fix on the conditioned-reflex mechanism such as "stimulus - answer" the negative emotional reaction replacing euphoric effect of a drug. On the basis of modified for opiate dependences method of research of psychoactive substance ethanol abusing motives it is developed an original method of qualitative and quantitative estimation of handicraft manufactured opiates using motives. It is established, that there is an essential distinction in motives of opiate using at various stages of dependence formation. At first the psychoactive substances consumers were guided bymotives of a social - psychological orientation. While a dependence syndrome formation pathological motives are becoming dominating in a clinical picture. It is found also, that the motivation in drug abusers is connected with various emotional frustration, such as depressive and, especially, anxious. It is established in the dissertation the direct correlation between the motives intensity and the anxiety level. It is established, that conditioned-reflex therapy with ditiline using allows to change structure of motives in drug abusers - the pathological motives are reduced; and social - psychological motives are becoming prevailing, as well as on the previous stage of abuse. On this background in drug abusers, which are in remission, a number of the internal conflicts are taking place, which are caused, on the one hand, by absence of pathological motivation and installation on abstention from a drug, and, on another hand, inconsistent and frequently destructive influence of a microsocial environment. Itdemands additional psychocorrection and rehabilitation actions directed on the remission consolidation. It is developed the step-by-step psychocorrection and rehabilitations complex in drug abusers after the termination of a rate of conditioned-reflex therapy . The special role in the complex given belongs to physical training, in particular, to athleticism which on kyndling mechanisms promotes fixing installation on the self saving behaviour. It is proved the high efficiency of the suggested complex, consisting of three stages, treatment from opiate abuse.
