The thesis focuses on theoretical basis of investigation of the problem of the pedagogical means of the developing cooperation of the teacher and the pupils in the process of personal-oriented teaching. The state of the investigation of the problem is analyzed in the historical and pedagogical, philosophical, psychological and social-pedagogical aspects. The analysis of the basic notions of the investigation and the generalization of the appropriate theoretical grounds are presented. The peculiarities of the organization of personal-oriented teaching in the conditions of innovating establishment of humanity trend are discovered. The model and system of the organization of personal-oriented teaching are well-grounded. The pedagogical and psychological, methodological prerequisites of the organization of personal-oriented teaching of the pupils in a grammar school are defined. It is proved that the model of personal-oriented teaching of the pupils in a grammar school which has been worked out is adequateto the requirements of the development of the main spheres of personality of the teacher and the pupils.
