In the dissertation influence of factors of cadets’ study-service activity in High schools of the Internal Affairs Ministry in Ukraine on personal qualities and an opportunity of their correction is considered. It is shown, that factors which cause negative changes in cadets’ mentality , it is possible to divide on objective (life conditions, training, services) and subjective (features of cadets’ recognition of stressful factors).
