Zadereychuk I. The development German’s education system on South Ukraine 1789-1938

The object of study – a system of the public education of german’s populations of Russia empires and USSR at the end of XVIII – the 30-th of ХХ century. The purpose of study is complex study the process of the formation and activity of the german educational system on South Ukraine 1789 - 1938. The methods used in the research are: hermeneutic, analysis, heuristics and descriptions; the historical-genetic, historical-comparative, historical-typological; social-psychological, religious-esthetic, statistical, mathematical. The practical value of the research consists in use received result of when writing generalizing work on histories of Ukraine, histories pedagogic, for special courses on histories of the south region of the country. In dissertation the process of creation, activity and decline of german educational system in the South of Ukraine during the period of 1789-1938 is consternated. The legislative influence of state activity to the development of primary schools was studied. The ways ofprovision of school by the pedagogical staff was found. The mechanism of financing of primary schools was also studied. The causes of creation and mechanism of activity of special pedagogical establishments are revealed.
