Essay

The thesis is devoted to establishment of cultivation and Agobacterium-mediated transformation different cultivars of apple. The schemes of cultivation in vitro for industrial cultivars of apple, regenerat clon RF1 and the two clonal rootstocks were modifyed. 11 transgenic lines apple cv.'Florina' were obtained after transformation experiments with Agobacterium-mediated. Transgenic lines with different copies of gene rolB in its genome have hight rooting ability compared with untransformed control and clonal rootstock MM106. Polymerase chain reaction and by Southern blot analysis showed the presence of nptII, rolB, gus, pat genes in the obtained clones.
