3. The dissertation was devoted to the technology improvement of maneuver work on a yard in a subsystem „receiving yard - hump yard” using an electric traction with a criterion of saving resources. It was made mathematical model of a breaking up a train on a hump. It was allow to determine an efficient of operation marshalling yard during a day. It was received data of operation costs for breaking up trains in depending on electric power costs during a day. Realization of a saving resources technology in a process of breaking up trains by electric traction was proposed making over automated operator’s position of an yard master.
