The dissertation is devoted to solving scientifically applied task of operation efficiency increase of the point path control transducer due to the structural synthesis of elements of axes account device and intercommunications between them, as well as increase of their functioning reliability and improvement projects decisions which are adopted for ensuring high authenticity of location determination of wheelpair above the set point of way. The operation conditions and environments of the existent points path - control transducers have been investigated from the point of effective principles of construction, authenticity of axes account and possibilities of diagnosticating at a various level of existent noises; the analysis has been carried out too. For the increase of discriminability and exactness of primary transformer positioning, the methodology of the choice of high-frequency modulator parameters has been offered
