.In the dissertation the actual scientific task of design improvement of one-part underwater towed systems with elevating vehicle is solved by an es-tablishment of interrelation between their design parameters and operational characteristics. The influence of diameter, buoyancy and hydrodynami-cal resistance coefficients of a cable-tow, and also an attack angle, relative lengthening and carrying surfaces hydrodynamical coefficients of the elevat-ing vehicle on the length, tension force and inclina-tion angles on the root and running ends of a cable-tow, spatial system characteristics are investigated at quasistationary towage. The achieved depend-ences have made a basis for the generalized algo-rithm of design calculations of researched systems.
