Development of composition and formulation of the liquid medicinal forms with silics. The complex research in creating of the liquid medicinal form on the basis of the new biologically active substance - silics (HDS) for application in stomatology have been carried out for the first time. Based on the organoleptical, physical-chemical, microbiological and biological researches results the optimum composition has been developed and the rational formulation of suspension with silics has been proved. The drug quality parameters and methods for determination have been suggested. The suspension properties have been studied and its stability during storage has been investigated. A specific antidiarrhea activity and safety of the drug have been studied in biological research
