The dissertation is dedicated to research of changes of a cardiovascular system at cyclical exercise stresses and installation of the basic legitimacies adaptive modification of morpho-functional parameters of heart in an ontogenesis for the sportsmen on sporting occupations which one are directed on development of fatigue life. The age morphological changes and functional condition of cardiac patterns for the sportsmen in age aspect 14-22 years of cyclical kinds of sports are detected. The comparative characteristics of age morpho - functional changes of heart for the sportsmen and in the control are made. Are detected morphological of a feature of activity of heart and change of parameters of a central hemodynamics at cyclical exercise stresses. The age and sexual features of a intracardialic hemodynamics, function of morpho-functional changes of a left ventricle of heart and gears of a regulation of cardiac activity for the sportsmen are studied, which one are engaged in cyclical kinds of sports during adapting an organism to exercise stresses, directional on development of fatigue life. The comparative analysis of aerobical parameters of productivity of an organism for the sportsmen of a miscellaneous sex to the academic boat racing gives , that the absolute value of maximum consumption of oxygen in all age periods for the men is much higher, than for the women.
