Burmaga V. Realization of the Soviet food policy on Ekaterinoslav in 1919-1923 years: military-politikal aspect

The object is Bolsheviks' ration policy, process and peculiarities of forming mechanism of its realization, consequences of its application at the completing stage of civil war as well as in connection with transition to nep. The purpose is complex, system reconstruction of the place and role of Red Army, special and law-protecting Soviet government organs in realization of the ration policy and the other social-economic measures at the regional level (Ekaterinoslavshina) in Ukraine during the years 1919-1923. The dissertation is dedicated to the research of the problems of War department subdivision taking part in solution of the political, economical and social problems of society, its interaction with the other Soviet government organs that have authorized forces. The experience of using military-force methods of management in critical moments of society's existence is generalized here in this dissertation. Mass drawing of the army, special services and law-protecting agencies to conduct punitive-repressive measures in relation to inhabitants creates conditions for conception of the totalitarian state.
