Osetyns'kyj A. Organization and Functional Basis of Court of Cassation (on the pattern of Court Chamber of The Higher Commercial Court of Ukraine).

The dissertation presents a research on the legal nature, the essence and the significance of cassation in the system of economic courts defining the legislative proposals and prospects of implementation practice improvement. The characteristics of organizational basis for economic court of cassation forms the core part of the research leading to definition of its role and position in the Ukrainian court system, its competence, organizational forms and personnel resources. The functional basis for the court of cassation activity on revision of court decisions in commercial cases is most closely examined and the judicial interpretation is considered to be its conclusive part. The results of the research were submitted as recommendations and proposals on court system legal reform and amendments to the Ukrainian commercial procedural law.
