Essay

The thesis is dedicated to an actual problem beet sugar manufacture of effecting, which one consists in diminution of negative action of polysaccharides by a master schedule of saccharin with usage of natural adsorbent and diminution of power resources. Two metrics is developed clean of diffusion low quality juice, termoactivy glauconate and to is got patent of Ukraine. The metrics gives high effect of clean diffusion of juice. The embodying by which one designed combined technology the plan of clearing diffusion of juice of poor quality with usage termoactivy of glauconite yields can be able to refine beet depending on its quality. Key words: diffusion juice, termoactivy of glauconite, dextrane, deblooming and purity.
