The object of investigation: the professional work of the bank operation staff worker. The purpose of investigation: bank operations staff vocational training improvement on the basis of the stress tolerance control. Methods of investigation: system analysis, information methods of the study of the complex systems, laboratory experiment, testing, hardware methods, computer modeling. The theoretical results: 1) is designed simulation model of the checking the shaping of stress tolerance of the bank operations staff vocational; 2) the stress tolerance control method is developed; 3) complementary ways to evaluate the influence of the stress factors upon the stress tolerance formation are suggested; 4) recommendations is motivated for improvement of the bank operations staff vocational training. The practical results: method to evaluate of stress tolerance of the bank operation staff worker; complementary ways to evaluate the influence of the stress factors upon the stress tolerance formation.
