Dissertation concerns the development and investigation of new antiseptic drugs with polyhexamethylenguanidine phosphate in gel drug form and compositional solution. For the first time the composition and technology of complex antiseptic drugs with 0,25% content of polyhexamethylenguanidine phosphate are theoretically and experimentally grounded. Worked out drugs are characterized with stability of physicochemical, biopharmaceutical and antimicrobial properties during storage. It is established that gel and compositional solution have a wide spectrum of antimicrobial activity and possess antiphlogistic and wound healing activities.
