Khyzhniakova N. Investment support of the reformation of solid municipal waste disposal systems

Research object: the solid municipal waste disposal systems of Ukraine, Rivne region and Rivne City. Research purpose: elaboration of the investment support of the reformation of the regional solid municipal waste disposal systems. Research methods: the method of system approach, discounting, constructive method, balances and statistical methods. Scientific novelty: the essence of the notion of solid municipal waste disposal system is grounded, classification of the systems of this type is elaborated, the typology of their development and the methodology for evaluation of its level are offered and the conceptual basis of the investment support of the reformation of the regional solid municipal waste disposal systems is elaborated for the first time. The system of the relative indexes of the secondary resources utilization, the model for the calculation of the tariff for solid municipal waste processing at the rubbish sorting and recycling complex and the information model for the grounds for investmentprojects of the utilization of the solid municipal waste resource valuable fractions are improved. The organization and economic mechanism of the stimulation of investment activity of solid municipal waste disposal subjects at the regional level got the further development. Degree of introduction: the results of the research are used by the Department of Ecology and Natural Resources of Rivne Region and by the Department of Housing and Municipal Economy of Rivne City. Branch of use: the solid municipal waste disposal sphere of the region.
