Gerasimenko N. Preparation of officers in the Ukrainian national state formations (march 1917 - november 1920).

The author gives the historical analysis analysis of existing sources about research problem in dissertation. As great emphasis was placed on the unknown archival materials and documents. They are determined the socio-economic and militare-political conditions of preparation system of officers. In a chronological seguence the covered activity of a state and military management on organization of education of army command staff from reforming former Russian military school to creation new system of military education, positive and negative factors are revealed, which influeced on duality on duality of this work. The participation of military-eucational establishments personal in battle actions on protection Ukraine was covered.
