The processes of planning, stimulation and control of the projects were improved. That supports the main strategy of the organization. Models and methods were worked out. That gives the opportunities of analyzing substantial changes on the basis of projects directed to satisfaction of consumers' requests; defining response scheme of consumers' requests; setting priorities and efforts, which are necessary for that; defining the level of aim achievement and prospective effectiveness of project realization in the context of the whole organization activity. It allowed to improve the processes of planning of changes on the basis of the projects, as well as it provided the rational distribution and control of organizational resources use.
