The dissertatijn is devoted to a problem of an opposition of the Soviet and German airman aircraft in winter campaign of 1943-1944 in Right-bank Ukraine. In work the technical and industrial of the Soviet and German management before campaign, sights of the Soviet and German cjmmand at strategic and operative application of aircraft, development of tactics of application of aircraft of aircraft is considered during 1941-1944, change in a moral and psychological condition of personal and cjmmand structure of the Soviet and German air forces. On concrete examples influence of operations in air on a ground situation is shown.
