Dudka L. The Militant Atheists' League in anti-religious propaganda in Ukraine (20 ies - 40 ies of the XX century). - Manuscript.

The thesis is devoted to the complex historical, political and legal analysis of the role and place of the Militant Atheists' League in anti-religious policy of state-party organs in Ukraine in the XX century. On the basis of archival documents and specialized and scientific literature published the theoretical principles of the Bolshevik Party concerning religion and church have been analyzed; the process of the formation and operation of the Militant Atheists' League in Ukraine has been researched. The questions of chronology, staging, status, financial position, providing with specialists have been presented in it. Also the peculiarities of the operation of MAL, its dependence upon the central authorities and CR of MAL in the USSR have been revealed in the thesis. The contents and forms of the Atheists' League have been analyzed here. The author of the thesis shows the tie of processes of formation of totalitarian system with organizational, structural and functional changes which the Atheists' League sustained throughout its existence.
