Essay

The dissertation is devoted to an occupational policy of German authority in the seized territory of Ukraine. In particular in territory of the Kiev and Poltava areas which during German occupation entered into one administrative and territorial unit - general area "Kiev". Social and economic that cultural policy of occupational authority is investigated. A role of the Ukrainian auxiliary administration in carrying out of this policy. The condition of social categories in those complex conditions and robberies of a national economy is analyzed. Activity of educational establishments and establishments of culture is covered: theatres, cinemas, museums, libraries.
