Khovantsev D. Policy of the party-state management Crimean ASSR in relation to national minorities (1921-1941)

The Object of research: the national relations in the Crimean ASSR in 1920-1930-s. The Subject of research: the policy of party-state authorities of Crimean ASSR towards national minorities in 1920-1930-s. The aim of research: the analysis of the main directions and results of the Crimean ASSR party-state authorities' policy towards national minorities during 1920-1930-s. The methods of research: whole-scientific: analysis, synthesis, comparativeness, generalization, analogy; special historical: narrative, statistical, problem-chronological; principles of historism, objectiveness, scientifity. The results of research and novelty: for the first time i the Ukrainian historiography on the materials of the Crimean ASSR the policy towards national minorities at 1920-1930s was examined. The scientific evaluation of the realisation of the policy of 'korenization' and resettlement of the Jews was done, real aims of such a policy was investigated. The main directions of decision making in the sphere of nationalquestion in Crimean ASSR were characterized, the main problems of the realization of national policy in practice were analysed, their reasons and consequencies were shown. The sphere of usage: the generalizations, made in dissertation, can be used in determining of the main principles of national politics of the state authorities in contemporary Ukraine. materials of the research can be used in teaching courses on the ethnic-social relations in Crimean ASSR, in preparing of general works o Modern history of Ukraine.
