Donchenko N. The development of composition and technology of zeolite granules with plantaglycide for stomach ulcer treatment

The thesis is devoted to a theoretical and experimental substantion, development of the composition and the formulation of the granules of zeolite with plantaglycide, intended for stomach ulcer treatment. For the first time plantaglycide and zeolite have been incorporated in the medicinal form of granules. The complex of physical and chemical and pharmaco-technological research of properties of the active substances and granules on their basis has been carried out. The research has proven the increasing of the anti-ulcer activity of the granules created in 2.3 times in comparison with zeolite and in 2.6 times in relation to plantaglycide in treating ulcer without their combination. For the first time it has been proven that the preservation of microbiological purity of plantaglycide in the medicinal product created has been achieved due to natural zeolite. The data of the drug's quality have been studied, its stability has been determined during its storage. The anti-ulcer activity and harmlessness ofthe granules created have been proven. The project for the analytical normative documentation and the temporary technological regulation on "Plantalit" granules have been developed
