The dissertation is devoted to increasing of quality of purified juice and its heat resistance solution of actual problem of sugar-beet industry during thickening.The method of deammonization of defecated juice before II saturation has been scientifically based and developed which allows to improve of quality indexes and heat resistance of purified juices.The rational routine of defecation before II saturation conducting has been determined. There is effectiveness of utilization of activated water-lime suspension for intensification of liming processes during juice purification of sugar-beet production has been proved.The construction of main defecation apparatus has been developed in which have been provided more uniform staying of juice during the technological regulations established time.Key words: purification, deammonization, heat resistance, vapor, raw juice, water- lime suspension, activity.
