Essay

The dissertation deals with the problem of British youth socialization in the activity of youth organizations, which influence the development and social growth of the individual. In the research the theoretical approaches by the Ukrainian and foreign scientists on the youth education and socialization during leisure activities are conceptualized. The social-pedagogical conditions of the youth organizations’ influence on the youth socialization are found and grounded. The author proves experimentally the effectiveness of the developed model of the youth work, carries out the recommendations for the effective youth work in Ukraine.
